Abuja Roads Blocked - Over 10000 Women Celebrates President Goodluck Jonathan in Abuja Today

 

More than 10,000 women from all over the country converged at the Eagle Square, Abuja, to celebrate  President Goodluck Jonathan for his contribution to women empowerment. The women came from the 36 states of the federation and the FCT for the occasion. 

All roads leading to the Eagle Square have been closed and traffic diverted, while the Federal Secretariat has also been shut. The event, which has Dame Patience Jonathan as mother of the day and Vice-President Namadi Sambo, as the special guest of honour, is featuring a rally and presentations.
